Since it's 4AM and I've been lacking a lot of sleep lately (I've been sleeping past 4AM for the past 4 days), I'm going to do this quick post and go to bed. Sorry about all the giveaway posts lately guys!
My layout doesn't show the title of my blog post which is retarded but whatever I can live without it since I suck at HTML and it's too much of a hassle. So I've been working so hard on my layout to make it look right and I think I finally got it to look the way I want it to! I spent a long time doing it so hopefully nothing messes up and I can try to keep it like this for a while. I want a banner but it's okay. Right now it's plain since I don't have any sponsors or anyone who I really "know" through blogging so once I get more followers and "out there" i'll start adding more. I've been updating regularly and it's something I enjoy doing a lot. Even though I just began and I have very few followers, I still update day to day because I like looking at my own blog.
I don't share my tumblr link on here for several reasons but if you do follow me, then great! I didn't wanna put my YT account either but I might as well have it there in case. I don't think I can partner with youtube until I'm 18 y/o right? I got asked to partner with them through my Muffin Milk video which is kinda random and pointless but at least I get to earn money! I need to get Adsense for blogspot too so I can start putting ads on here.

I didn't publish this last time so I'm just gonna edit it now and publish it. I freaking spend all my paychecks within like two days which is ridiculous. Hopefully I get the receptionist job Lily told me about even though i'm not 18. Anyways, I'm like always craving bubble tea and I'm IN LOVE with it but tapioca makes you fat so i'm gonna try and stay away.
I have work today but I hope time won't go by so slow. But Wednesdays are always slow. There's usually no one shopping and the weather is so ugly today so there's going to be even less people. I went to school today to get my cap and gowns measured but the guy didn't even show up so I left. The guidance asked if I smoke cause I've been absent lately hahaha but I'm gonna start going everyday now. Need to stop slackin'! And I've been worrying about getting acceptance letters but I called the CUNY hotline and they're still reviewing. Damn they need to hurry cause I'm so anxious.
OKAY ONTO THE ABOUT ME PART which was what I wanted to make this post about but I just kept blabbing about random stuff.
The basics: My full name is Ivy Hu. I'm 17 years old, turning 18 on August 13. I live in New York City and I was born here. I was brought back to China until I was 5 and I've lived in Jersey for 3 years from 6th grade. I'm a senior and I plan to stay in the city for college. I've been to three highschools, including Catholic school during sophomore year. I'm full Chinese. I speak Chinese but I understand Cantonese and Fuzhounese (Yes I'm fj). I can't read or write because it's so damn hard but I'm starting to understand how to read some chinese words.
My "look" is average for an Asian girl. I'm 5'4'', dark brown hair, dark brown eyes, weighs at about 115lb (not happy!!!)
I'm a really emotional and sensitive person. I sympathize a lot and I'm considered "too nice" by a lot of my friends. Please don't take advantage of my kindness! You will always see me smiling, even for no reason. I think too much about things I shouldn't have to think about or worry over. It just gives me white hairs and trust me, I have a whole bunch of them.
Past job experiences? (don't know why I'm telling you guys) I worked at a cell phone store a few years back. It was t-mobile and at&t combined. It was unpaid but I got free food? It was hard because I didn't know FJ and most of the customers were Fuzhounese. Then I got a paid internship at Donorschoose from my business class. I just sat there going on Facebook all day. I also worked at Mess Hair Salon washing hair but I quit after not long since they spoke a lot of Cantonese. My mom got me a job at Yaya's tea cafe. I got 5/hr though and I made drinks. I met a lot of people there and it was pretty nice. This year I got accepted in Uniqlo but after the orientation they realized I wasn't old enough and told me to go back when I was 18. Now I work in Hollister as a cashier.
I talk and dream of food 24/7 hehe.
